At Randstad, we are looking for a professional with initiative, an analytical mindset, and a technical vocation to join us as an Application and Design Assistant. As an Application and Design Assistant, your main responsibilities will encompass the following tasks:

Prepare technical product proposals for the client, considering all machinery characteristics and the specific requirements requested.

Conduct technical visits to clients together with the sales team to update information, propose improvements, and implement modifications to the product.

Carry out product designs based on customer orders and in accordance with what has been agreed upon between the commercial and technical parties.

Control and supervise the production process when a defect is detected, evaluating and determining whether to continue manufacturing, reprocess the product, or repeat production.

Perform continuous monitoring and control of final product non-conformities, executing the relevant corrective and preventive actions.

Control product costs by assigning the reasons for deviations and defining the necessary operational actions for their optimization.

Investigate product samples for the management and resolution of complaints or claims in coordination with the quality department.

Hold remote meetings with the client or the sales team to provide online technical support during the process.

Provide product training and technical recommendations to both the internal sales team and external clients.

Completed university degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Mechatronics, or equivalent area).

Demonstrable previous experience in design, application, or technical support positions in industrial environments.

Fluent command of Spanish, Catalan, and an advanced level of English.

Proficiency in IT tools at a user level (MS Office suite) and desirable experience in ERP management. Key competencies: high analytical capacity, flexibility and adaptability, tolerance to pressure, organization and order, customer orientation, and aptitude for teamwork.
