Do you have experience in administrative tasks and are you looking for a daytime shift that allows you to organize your day well? At Randstad, we are selecting an Administrative Assistant. We are looking for a methodical, organized person who is eager to add value by working in a team.
As part of the team, your mission will be to provide global support to the administration department, carrying out tasks such as:
Reconciliation and validation of delivery notes, orders, and invoices.
Management of collections and cash counting (use of a coin counting machine).
Classification, organization, and maintenance of the document archive.
General administrative support and performance of other tasks specific to the department.
Excellent schedule: Full-time, 8 hours per day. You will work from 08:30 h to 17:30 h, an ideal schedule to be able to enjoy the late afternoon free.
