The role

What you'll do

Dish preparation: Preparing our famous pastas, pizzas, salads, and desserts following our technical sheets.

Constant replenishment: Ensuring the buffet is never empty, monitoring the timing of dish service.

Maintenance and cleaning: Keeping your work area and machinery (ovens, cookers) in perfect hygienic conditions.

Stock management: Supporting goods receiving and expiry date control (FIFO system).

Requirements

Physical and mental agility: During peak hours the buffet moves fast, we need speed and precision!

Passion for cooking: You don't need to be a Michelin-starred chef, but you should enjoy what you do.

Impeccable hygiene: Knowledge of food safety (HACCP) and food handling.

Schedule flexibility: Availability for rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Previous experience: We highly value it if you have worked in high-volume kitchens or fast food.
