What we're looking for

Demonstrable experience in the review and operational management of syndicated and bilateral loans.

Solid experience acting as both participant and agent in syndicated loan operations.

Good command of loan event processing, settlements, and operational workflows.

Mandatory knowledge of loan accounting entries.

Desirable knowledge of settlement instruction formats and SWIFT messaging.

Valuable knowledge of the operational treatment of loans in arrears, insolvency, overdue, or similar situations.

Great teamwork skills, commitment, and a positive attitude.

High level of English.

Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in the loans product area.

The role

What you'll do

Guarantee the correct entry into the loan system of all relevant transaction data recorded by the Front Office.

Review syndicated and bilateral loan contracts when acting as both participant and agent.

Coordinate and collaborate with the Front Office to resolve doubts, discrepancies, and data incidents.

Ensure the proper processing of lifecycle events and settlements relating to syndicated and bilateral loans.

Review transaction information and event details when acting as a participant.

Organize and execute loan events when acting as an agent.

Guarantee the correct accounting and settlement of fees associated with syndicated and bilateral loans.

Ensure the proper management and subsequent recording in the corresponding systems of loans in special situations (defaults, insolvencies, overdue, or similar statuses).

Provide support and respond to inquiries from offices regarding loans in special situations.
