Forklift Operator - Central Shift

To fit this role, we are looking for professionals who meet the following requirements:

• License and experience in handling different types of machinery: forklift (counterbalance) and reach truck, electric pallet jack.
• Picking experience: Previous experience preparing orders, with experience using Pick to Light systems (light-guided) or radiofrequency being highly valued.
• Sector experience: Previous experience in warehouses within the pharmaceutical, cosmetics, food, or high-density logistics (e-commerce) sectors is highly valued.
• Attention to detail and precision: Ability to work with individual orders while paying maximum attention to avoid stock or reference errors.
• Agility and dynamism: Orientation towards fast-paced work, with good organizational skills and autonomy in the role.
• Basic digital skills: Familiarity with using screens, digital terminals, or barcode scanners.
• Availability: Schedule flexibility to work a split shift from 8 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday.

We are looking for a trucker/order preparation assistant, specialized in order picking, to join our outsourced services team, providing direct logistics support at the facilities of one of the leading pharmaceutical plants.

In this role, you will be part of the team responsible for the distribution chain to ensure that medications and health products are shipped correctly. We are looking for a dynamic, methodical person with great attention to detail, who will be responsible for loading and unloading trucks, preparing orders both at the unit level (individual items) and by full boxes and/or pallets, ensuring that every shipment strictly meets the plant's quality standards and deadlines.

As a member of our outsourced logistics team, your responsibilities will focus on the efficient preparation and dispatch of goods:

• Loading and unloading trucks.
• Location and restocking: Receiving and placing goods on the picking shelves to maintain the continuous flow of the warehouse.
• Order preparation (Picking): Assembling multi-reference orders both at the unit level (individual medication units) and by full boxes, ensuring maximum accuracy.
• Use of logistics tools: Handling radiofrequency terminals (picking guns) or pick-to-light systems, for locating and recording products.
• Quality control and verification: Visually inspecting the prepared units to ensure they match the order, paying special attention to the integrity of the packaging.
• Conditioning for dispatch (Packing): Packing, sealing, labeling boxes, and palletizing orders ready for transport.
• Compliance with regulations: Strictly adhering to the standards of order, cleanliness, and the quality and hygiene regulations of the pharmaceutical sector.
