-Recipe-guided cooking: Preparation and cooking of prepared meals strictly following recipes and technical data sheets via computer.
-Weighing and dosing: Precise control of ingredients and quantities according to the specifications indicated in the computer system.
-Hygiene and regulations: Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area while complying with food safety regulations (HACCP).
