Human Resources Consultant

At Randstad, we are looking for a Human Resources Sales Consultant for our Alcalá de Henares office.

Prospecting, acquisition, and sales to clients with needs for low/medium qualification profiles.

Manage the commercialization of Staffing products for the clients of their office (temp/perm/elearning).

• sourcing & selection

Use of different sourcing methods to locate, identify, and attract the candidates who best fit the client's needs.

Selection of the best profiles for our clients that are part of their unit's focus.

• administrative

Maintain and efficiently carry out all administrative processes, whether supported by digital solutions or not.

Compliance with policies, laws, and operating processes of the business and applicable central departments.

• Maintaining regular communication with candidates, providing them with updated information and feedback at each stage of the process.
• Meeting weekly quotas related to calls and emails in order to develop a pool of eligible candidates in the areas of logistics, industry, and skilled trades, contact centers, hospitality, and retail.
• Researching industry trends and providing information about operational and temporary workers to support the growth and competitive advantage of our clients.
• Assisting in preparing materials for client presentations and interaction activities.
• Processing contracts and documentation to ensure compliance with industrial regulatory frameworks.
• Preparing and presenting periodic reports on hiring progress and client satisfaction to Operational Talent managers.
• Supporting basic sales activities by providing market information, updating candidate and client records, and ensuring data accuracy for the sales process. Grade Description
• Requires basic conceptual knowledge of theories, practices, and procedures within a discipline.
• Performs tasks using existing procedures.
• Receives general guidance and direction from higher-level positions/managers within the discipline.
• Contributions are usually limited to task-related activities; works within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.
• Exchanges straightforward information, asks questions, and checks for understanding.

• Residency in Alcalá de Henares or surrounding areas
• Own vehicle.
• Previous experience in the sector and interest in the commercial field is valued.
