The role

Job Description: As a Customer Service Representative with Portuguese, you will be responsible for ensuring an exceptional service experience for our customers who speak this language. Your main mission will be to coordinate and manage all inquiries, orders, and returns effectively, maintaining fluid communication with the different departments of the company.

What you'll do

Order Management: Process and manage customer orders, ensuring they are correctly recorded and tracked.
Returns Management: Process and coordinate product returns, including authorizations and invoicing.
Customer Service: Respond to inquiries and provide support to customers, as well as record orders and manage claims.
Data Management: Ensure that customer and order information is up-to-date and accurate.
Interdepartmental Support: Collaborate with other departments such as Sales and Marketing, providing the necessary information.
Follow-up: Conduct periodic meetings with the direct supervisor to evaluate performance and resolve issues.
