We are looking for Dutch-speaking customer service representatives for our Odido project at Transcom in Alicante, with a new start date on 23-11-2026 or 11-01-2027. Does it sound like something you would like to join our team for?
What you'll do
As a customer service representative for Odido Service & Tech, you'll answer questions about mobile telephony, internet, and TV, such as:
Mobile services: How do I install my SIM card? How do I get internet on my mobile?
Home services: My internet is slow, what now? How do I set up my TV box?
You'll help customers with their questions, but sales is also a very important part of your role. Thanks to your commercial insight, you'll know exactly when cross-selling or up-selling adds value - for the customer and for the results.
How you'll work
Working hours & Flexibility:
Opening hours: Monday to Friday (08:00 - 20:00) and on weekends (09:00 - 17:30).
- You are available 5 days per week.
- Monday mornings and Friday evenings are fixed parts of your availability.
