The role

As a Real Estate Asset Director, based in Madrid, you will be responsible for efficiently supervising and managing the Holding's real estate assets, as well as defining investment/divestment strategies together with the Board.

What you'll do

Manage the real estate asset portfolio, ensuring its profitability and optimization.
Develop and supervise strategic investment and divestment plans.
Coordinate and supervise asset maintenance and improvement operations.
Establish relationships with suppliers and other key stakeholders in the sector.
Analyze the real estate market to identify business opportunities.
Ensure compliance with applicable legal and regulatory standards.
Prepare periodic reports for the Board on the status and performance of assets.
Lead internal and external teams.
Collaborate with other departments to align strategic objectives.

Who are we looking for (M/F/D)?

The selected candidate must meet the following requirements:

University education in Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, or similar fields.
More than 10/15 years of experience in leadership positions in real estate asset management, specifically in the office and/or retail environment.
Ability to analyze and make strategic decisions in the real estate sector.
Experience in budget preparation and management.
Negotiation skills and third-party relationship management.
Proficiency in IT/digital tools related to asset management.
