The role

Do you have solid experience in the construction sector and the ability to manage teams? Are you looking for an opportunity to lead assembly and installation projects? At Randstad Professionals, we are looking for a profile like yours to join a solid company in the industrial sector.

What you'll do

Reporting to the Technical Manager, your main responsibilities will be:

Direct coordination of on-site teams and ensuring compliance with deadlines.
Execution of masonry work and technical support in the production plant.
Management of assembly logistics and supervision of safety standards.

Direct reporting to the technical management on the progress of the works.

Requirements

Extensive professional experience as a first-class skilled tradesperson or site supervisor.
Demonstrated ability to organize work groups and coordinate travel.
Full availability to travel and stay overnight from Monday to Friday.
Residence near the Cinco Villas area.
Leadership skills, responsibility, and operational autonomy.
