Competitive salary: Fixed remuneration of €17,155.68 gross per year.
Projection and stability: Initial 3-month contract through an ETT (temporary employment agency), with real possibilities of direct incorporation into the company's permanent staff after this period.

As a telephone surveyor, your work will be fundamental to collecting valuable information and measuring service quality. Your main responsibilities will be:
Making calls to clients or users to conduct surveys (satisfaction, quality, data collection, etc.).
Clear and neutral reading of questionnaires, ensuring correct understanding by the interlocutor.
Rigorous collection, recording, and logging of the responses obtained into the company's database or IT system.
Maintaining a professional, friendly, and empathetic attitude to encourage participation from respondents.
