What we're looking for

We are looking for professionals who preferably have experience in a Contact Center and university studies, although this is not essential.

The selected candidate should demonstrate a clear customer service orientation, teamwork skills, and organizational ability.

Nice to have

A bilingual or advanced level of English will be valued.

What you'll do

What will you have to do?

The Contact Center Agent profile handles claims opening for Auto insurance, performing customer service duties, providing advice, and opening claims.

Some of the more specific duties of the Phone Agent in Barcelona include:

Answering and handling calls from customers and intermediaries, providing information about claims management.

Preparing claim files, carrying out the necessary procedures, and forwarding all required documentation to the claims handler, as well as recording all relevant information for proper file processing.

Managing surveyor notifications, informing about approved workshops and their advantages, and resolving issues related to the notifications themselves.

Informing workshops and suppliers about the status of their invoices and surveys.

Managing alarms flagged in the CTI/CRM system.

Escalating incidents to supervisors for forwarding to the appropriate departments.
