The role

We are looking for a person for the HR department.

What you'll do

In your day-to-day, you will be responsible for ensuring the HR department runs smoothly.

Your main duties will be:

Employment lifecycle management: Payroll coordination, contractual management, and labor procedures.

Employee lifecycle: Leading onboarding processes so new hires feel at home from day one, and managing offboarding processes with the same level of care.

Control and monitoring: Managing time and attendance control, departmental reporting, and support for audits.

Organization: Comprehensive document management for the HR department.

Other tasks inherent to the department.

Requirements

-Experience and tools: We need you to be proficient in SAP.

-Languages: As a company with an international presence, we need you to be able to hold a fluent conversation in English.

-Attitude: We are looking for a proactive person, eager to add value to the team, provide solutions, and continue growing professionally with us.
