We are looking for a person to take responsibility for managing Personnel Administration and Payroll processes, ensuring compliance with labor regulations, information quality, and efficient management of administrative processes.
This position will play a key role in payroll coordination, contract management, and employee support, working closely with the team and external providers.
Manage the monthly payroll process, including preparation, review, validation, and closing.
Coordinate with the external payroll provider and perform incident tracking.
Manage employment contracts, registrations, terminations, contractual modifications, and labor documentation.
Attend to and resolve employee inquiries and incidents related to payroll and Personnel Administration.
Keep employee data and documentation up to date in the management systems.
Provide support in compliance with labor and Social Security regulations.
Guarantee the correct management and confidentiality of employee information.
Collaborate with the team in the improvement and efficiency of the area's processes.
Residence in Mallorca or availability to relocate.
