What we're looking for

Education: Higher Vocational Training in Logistics and Transport, Warehouse Management, Administration and Finance, or similar. Specific training in warehouse management, process optimization, and management software is required.

Experience: Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in operational positions within the logistics and warehouse field. Demonstrable experience in managing commercial relationships, key account management, drafting/supervising service contracts, and SLA monitoring. Deep knowledge of receiving, storage, picking, and shipping processes.

Competencies: Profile with great capacity for teamwork, decision-making, leadership, results orientation, and schedule flexibility for working.

The role

At Randstad, we are looking for a Key Account Manager / Client Manager to lead client relationships and ensure operational excellence in the warehouse. What you'll do

As a Key Account Manager, your main responsibility will be to ensure compliance with the agreed service and operational levels. Your key functions will include:

Managing the direct relationship with assigned clients (internal or external) ensuring compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Coordinating and supervising daily warehouse activities through the coordinators, controlling the correct execution of receiving, storage, order picking, and shipping processes.
Detecting operational incidents and proposing or implementing rapid solutions to guarantee service continuity.
Monitoring operational indicators (productivity, process times, errors, etc.) and reporting the results.
Collaborating actively in continuous improvement projects, proposing initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
