What you'll get

Salary: 21-22 thousand euros gross per year + a supplement of approximately 2-3 thousand euros gross

The role

Do you have experience in maintenance or industrial machinery? If so, at Randstad, we are waiting for you!

What you'll do

Material loading: Use hoists, forklifts, or overhead cranes to mount the master coils (jumbos) onto the unwinder.
Cutting adjustment: Measure and precisely position the blades or transverse/longitudinal cutting systems according to the manufacturing order specifications.
Threading: Pass the material through the various tension rollers, gauges, and guiding systems up to the rewinder shaft.
Panel configuration (HMI): Enter key parameters into the machine such as material tension, line speed, desired footage, and roller pressure.
Continuous monitoring: Control the machine during operation to ensure that the cut is clean and that the daughter coils are wound with the correct tension and alignment.

How you'll work

Schedule: Rotating M-A-N every 15 days
