Painter Operator

• Previous experience: Minimum of 6 months - 1 year working as an industrial, automotive, or construction/renovation sector painting operator.
• Academic training: Compulsory Secondary Education (ESO), Intermediate Vocational Training in Bodywork, Industrial Painting, Construction Finishes, or equivalent.
• Application techniques: Proficiency in the use of paint guns (airless, airbrush), brushes, rollers, and spray equipment.
• Surface preparation: Experience in sanding, stripping, priming, filling, and masking surfaces (metal, wood, plastic, or plaster).
• Knowledge of materials: Proper handling and mixing of paints (primers, enamels, lacquers, epoxy, polyurethane) and solvents/catalysts according to the technical data sheet.
• Basic maintenance: Ability to perform cleaning, disassembly, and preventive maintenance of painting tools and machinery.
• Driver's license and own vehicle to travel to the workplace or client.
• Attention to detail and orientation toward high-quality finishes.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Good physical condition and manual dexterity.

• Salary of 20,000-21,000 euros/gross per year.
• Permanent contract to join the client company's workforce.
• Working day from Monday to Friday, with rotating morning and afternoon shifts from Monday to Friday from 06:00 to 14:00 or from 14:00 to 22:00.

• Application of special coatings: Use of epoxy paints, polyurethanes, vinyl-ester coatings, and high-performance elastomeric coatings for chemical and water resistance.
• Use of painting equipment: Handling and maintenance of airless spray equipment, conventional guns, rollers, and brushes according to the technical specification of the part or area.
• Industrial equipment painting: Application of primary primers (anticorrosive primers) and finish coats on components for filtration, desalination, and water purification plants.
• Waterproofing of structures: Application of sealants and waterproofing agents in storage tanks, ponds, and treatment pits.
• Pre-conditioning: Cleaning, degreasing, sanding, and stripping of pipes, tanks, metal structures, reservoirs, and pressure vessels.
• Mechanical treatment: Preparation of metal and concrete surfaces through shot blasting, sandblasting, or brushing according to the required preparation grades (e.g., ISO 8501-1).
• Substrate repair: Application of epoxy fillers or resins to level imperfections, cracks, or corroded areas before painting.
