We are looking to hire an Administrative Assistant with B2 English to provide comprehensive support in daily management, customer service, and the preparation of operational reports. We are looking for an organized, proactive person with the ability to work in a dynamic environment.
Customer service and management: Telephone assistance, query resolution, and continuous follow-up of the customer portfolio.
Document management and invoicing: Control and up-to-date maintenance of internal invoicing files.
Report preparation: Generation of specialized products such as DGT reports, fleet reports, among others.
Sales support and presentations: Preparation of visual presentations in PowerPoint and preparation of commercial proposals along with their supporting documentation.
Other administrative tasks: Management of the CAE (Business Activity Coordination) platform and general administrative support tasks for the team.
Working day and schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 18:00 h.
Location: Calle Oquendo, 23 (Madrid).
Contract type: Initial contract of 2 to 3 months through an ETT (Temporary Employment Agency), with a real possibility of subsequent incorporation into the company's permanent staff.
