The role

A company located in the Sant Pere Molanta Industrial Park is looking to add a part-time Workshop and Assembly Operator to its team to reinforce production during the coming months (estimated 2 to 3 months, at least until the Christmas season).

The main work will take place in the workshop/factory performing preparation and machining tasks, with occasional trips to support assemblies and installations at client sites alongside the work team.

What you'll do

Workshop tasks related to the machining, adjustment, or preparation of wood carpentry and/or metalwork pieces.

Support in the assembly and mounting of furniture.

Occasional travel to client facilities alongside the rest of the team for the final assembly of structures or furniture.

Requirements

Experience or training: Technical training or previous experience in related sectors (wood carpentry, metalwork, light locksmithing, or furniture/structure assembly) is valued.

Mobility: Own vehicle is essential for daily travel to the workplace in the Sant Pere Molanta Industrial Park. (For travel to clients, a company vehicle will be used and you will always be accompanied by the team).

Availability: Ability to adapt if an assembly occasionally requires extending the working day into the afternoon.

Attitude: Commitment, proactivity, and desire to work in a team.

Benefits and conditions

Contract type: Temporary (estimated duration of 2 to 3 months / reinforcement until Christmas).

Working day: Part-time (half-day, 5.5 effective hours daily).

Usual schedule: Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 14:00 h (includes a half-hour break for lunch).

Flexibility: Possibility of working afternoon shifts or extending the working day occasionally according to specific assembly needs.

Location: Sant Pere Molanta (with occasional travel in a company van).
