Experience: +3 years in PMO Analyst roles, project coordination, or program support in complex environments.

Tools: Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (advanced Excel, PowerPoint), Jira, Confluence, Teams, or Mural.

Methodologies: Solid knowledge of agile methodologies and project management.

Competencies: High organizational capacity, effective communication with management profiles, proactivity, and initiative.

Reporting & Data: Collecting and analyzing program data to prepare reports and dashboards oriented towards senior management.

Stakeholder Management: Collaborating with senior leaders and ensuring compliance with commitments and deadlines.

Commercial Management: Supporting vendor management, processing Statements of Work (SoW), purchase orders (PO), and controlling expenditure.

Agile Routines: Supporting Agile frameworks, coordinating priorities, ceremonies, and blocker resolution.

Operational Support: Providing logistical support (calendars, events) and coordinating onboarding/offboarding processes.
