-Training: Degree in Labor Relations, Labor Sciences, Psychology, or related disciplines.

-Experience in HR departments, with a background in high-volume environments being highly valued (logistics, industrial, retail, or staffing agency sectors).

This position is designed for dynamic professionals who enjoy being on the ground: we seek a combination of agility to manage high volumes of recruitment and technical solidity to lead labor relations and the daily management of our most important asset: people.

What you'll do

.Labor Relations and Employee Management: You will be the main point of reference and direct point of contact for the center's workers. You will manage the resolution of doubts, conflict mediation, interlocution with the Works Council/worker representatives, and direct contact with Public Administrations.

Support in recruitment for operational profiles and structural profiles.

-Personnel Administration: You will guarantee correct administrative management: registrations, terminations, vacation and shift planning, and the agile resolution of payroll incidents.

-Corporate Onboarding: You will be the first face that new hires see, leading their welcome, explaining company policies, and conveying the culture and basic rules of the center.
