The role

Opportunity to work for one of the most prestigious hotels on the island of Lanzarote.

What you'll do

*Receive visitors, register them, and guide them to the corresponding people or destinations.

*Answer, screen, and transfer calls or take messages.

*Handle information requests, answering questions or resolving problems, for both visitors and guests.*Make reservations, arrange appointments, and manage appointment calendars.

*Receive payments and file receipts.

*Clean the reception area and ensure that company or organizational security procedures are followed at all times.*Carry out administrative support tasks.

*Communicate with people from other departments.

Requirements

-High level of English

Minimum of 1 year of experience in the sector.
