What you'll get

Contract type: Employment contract with incorporation planned between November 2nd and 3rd.
Gross Annual Salary: 26,200 euros gross per year.
Working hours: Monday to Thursday from 07:30 to 16:00, and Friday with a continuous working day from 07:30 to 14:00.

The role

At Randstad, we are looking for a male or female receptionist or customer service receptionist with a disability certificate equal to or greater than 33% for a relevant industrial company in Riba-roja de Túria. If you have experience in customer service, SAP management, and a B2 level of English, this vacancy is for you!

What you'll do

Attention and reception: Manage the telephone switchboard and provide a professional welcome to clients and in-person visitors.
Administrative management: Perform the center's document management, checking of delivery notes, and processing of invoices.
Order management: Supervise, process, and manage orders through commercial platforms (including Amazon).
Use of ERP: Register operational information, delivery notes, and invoicing in the SAP system.
