We are looking for welders, polishers, and benders for our HMY Center of Excellence in Cariñena (Zaragoza), with direct hiring by HMY.
Welder:
-Interpret blueprints and technical specifications to perform welding work.
-Prepare and clean surfaces and parts, using tools such as angle grinders.
-Adjust welding machine parameters according to the material and job specifications.
-Position and secure parts on the mechanical table to ensure alignment.
-Check the quality of the joints performed.
Polisher:
-Perform polishing of metal parts according to the required specifications and quality standards.
-Apply different finishes: satin, gloss, frosted, and mirror finish.
-Adjust the polishing machine according to the material and required finish.
-Check the quality and uniformity of the worked surfaces.
Folder:
-Interpret blueprints and technical specifications for the bending of metal parts.
-Operate and program CNC bending machines.
-Adjust machine parameters and check the dimensions and quality of the parts.
In all three positions, you will follow the quality and safety procedures established in the factory.
These are three different positions: you can apply for the one that fits your experience and specialty.
-Compulsory Secondary Education.
-At least one year of experience in the position you apply for.
-Ability to interpret blueprints and technical documentation related to your specialty.
-Attention to detail, ability to resolve issues, and teamwork.
Specific knowledge according to the position:
-Welder: knowledge and experience in TIG welding and handling of tools specific to the position.
-Polisher: knowledge and experience in metal polishing and in performing the indicated finishes.
-Bender: knowledge and experience in the operation and programming of CNC bending machines.
The technical requirements correspond to each specialty; it is not necessary to meet the requirements for all three positions.
