The role

Do you have experience in user support, do you handle SAP and SAGE, and are you looking for a stable operational backup position? At Randstad, we are looking for someone like you to provide continuous functional technical assistance and administrative support to clients.

What you'll do

Provide functional technical advice and support to clients in the daily use of software solutions and corporate ERP.
Manage the operational administrative cycle associated with the service, covering the issuance, control, and filing of invoicing and delivery notes.
Attend to, channel, and resolve user incidents via telephone and telematics, ensuring an agile and professional response in high-demand situations.

How you'll work

-Monday to Friday working day in continuous or split rotating shifts according to the department's organizational roster.

There would be different shifts:

9:00 to 14:00 and 16:00 to 19:00 (Split shift)

8:00 to 16:00 (Morning intensive)

10:00 to 16:00

11:00 to 19:00

Requirements

Training in the Administration area and proficiency in ERP tools (specific handling of SAP and SAGE being highly valued).

Consolidated experience dealing with demanding clients or distributors (food sector highly valued), with high pressure tolerance and assertiveness.

Residency in Jerez de la Frontera or immediate surroundings and full availability to work the different shifts from Monday to Friday.
