What you'll do

-On-site resolution: Provide proactive support by managing material incidents (missing, incorrect, or damaged) to guarantee assembly continuity.

-Warranty management: Comprehensive opening and follow-up of External Non-Conformities (NCE) through the Quarta system, coordinating supply with local providers.

-Orders and deliveries: Comprehensive management in SAP of purchase and sales orders associated with warranties, controlling stock, deadlines, and traceability with the warehouse.

-Administration: Review and validation of delivery notes, ensuring correct administrative assignment and imputation.

-Direct daily coordination with the various Product Units (PU) of the manufacturer in Italy and with local providers through the coordination of the IRC portal, preparing economic compensation reports for manufacturers and managing claims and their collection.

-Customer service: Direct interlocution with customers during the warranty period, coordinating material deliveries and collections.
