University degree in Marketing, Business Administration and Management (ADE), Commercial Management, or related fields.
Demonstrable experience performing Trade Marketing functions, management, and revitalization of physical commercial networks or stores, preferably within the services, retail, or mass consumption sectors.
Solid specialized technical-operational capacity focused on achieving and optimizing commercial and internal audit processes.
Key competencies such as results orientation, a strong customer service vocation, methodological rigor, and the ability to coordinate plans in the assigned territory.
The selected person will be responsible for the execution and control of the image and geographic plan for stores in the assigned territory. Their main function will consist of defining the levers and actions necessary for the development and growth of the commercialization of products and services in the stores in their area through the implementation of plans and actions to boost and drive commercial activity.
In their day-to-day work, they will assume the following responsibilities:
Execute and control the corporate image plan and geographic strategy in the assigned store network.
Define, implement, and monitor the commercial actions and levers focused on accelerating the sale of products and services in physical channels.
Develop specialized technical and operational activities within the assigned area that require proficiency in business processes.
Ensure and implement the measures recommended by both Internal and External Audits for the proper functioning of the store network in their area, coordinating their execution.
Guarantee and ensure strict compliance with the general Health and Safety criteria and regulations defined by the Group, proactively promoting a culture of risk anticipation.
