The role

Do you have training in Food Science and Technology, Chemistry or Biology and experience in quality control laboratories under IFS regulations? This opportunity is for you!

What you'll do

Process control and inspection: Verify that production lines strictly comply with visual and analytical quality standards.

Laboratory analysis: Performing physicochemical/microbiological testing and controls of raw materials and finished products.

IFS Standard Management: Implementation, maintenance, and auditing of procedures under the IFS quality standard.

Incident investigation: Management and resolution of non-conformities, production deviations, and handling of customer complaints.

Training and Continuous Improvement: Training plant personnel in good handling practices and identifying opportunities for process improvement.

Requirements

Training: Higher Vocational Training in Laboratory/Quality Control or a University Degree in Food Science and Technology, Biology, Chemistry, or related fields.

Technical knowledge: Previous experience or solid training in the IFS standard, HACCP, and food quality management systems.

Competencies: Analytical capacity, technical rigor, initiative for problem-solving, and good communication skills for internal training.

Benefits and conditions

Direct hiring by the company.

Salary: 19,000 — gross per year.

Schedule: Weekly rotating shifts from Monday to Friday from 06:00h to 14:00h and from 14:00h to 22:00h (+ alternating Saturdays from 06:00h until the end of production).
