Requirements

What we're looking for

Business Administration degree / Higher Degree in Administration and Finance
1 to 3 years of experience in accounting departments accounting for customer and supplier invoices.
Proficiency in SAGE
Residency in Corredor del Henares.

What you'll do

Reporting to the Department Manager, your main functions will be the following:

Billing management: Recording and accounting of purchase and sales invoices.
Operational treasury: Control and monitoring of collections and payments.
Administrative-financial support: Support in basic accounting tasks within the team (working coordinately with the area manager).
ERP Management: Daily use of Sage 200

How you'll work

Full-time schedule from Monday to Thursday (8:00h- 17:15h). Fridays from 8:00h to 14:30h.
