The role

Are you looking to join a major multinational company to take on close and operational HR management? We are looking for a Human Resources professional with autonomy, a collaborative mindset, and an orientation toward internal service to coordinate the day-to-day operations of the people area, working between the plant in Spain and the one in Portugal (located just a half-hour drive away).

What you'll do

In direct collaboration with area managers and supported by the group's structure, you will autonomously assume the day-to-day management of the following matters:

  • Coordination with External Payroll Services: Management of payroll incidents, variables, attendance control, medical leaves, among others.

Requirements

3 or 5 years of experience in operational Human Resources management positions; previous experience in companies or plants located in Portugal is essential.

We will value solid practical knowledge of Portuguese labor legislation, payroll/outsourcing management, and Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL) in Portugal. Knowledge of the Spanish labor framework.

Own car and availability to alternate presence and travel between the plant near Vigo and the one in Portugal (~30 min drive) is essential.
