What we're looking for

Essential requirements:
Minimum experience of 3 years carrying out duties specific to the labour area of Human Resources.
It is essential that this experience includes tasks such as payroll management, hiring, personnel administration, application of collective agreements and labour regulations.
It is essential to have good communication skills in French, sufficient to hold professional conversations with ease.
Organised, resourceful, empathetic profile with good communication skills.
Ability to work autonomously and manage different internal contacts.

Nice to have

Additional experience in personnel selection processes will be valued.

The role

From Grupo CRIT we are looking for an HR Technician with solid experience in the labour area for direct and stable incorporation into a construction sector company located in Salteras (Seville).

This is a position with permanent employment and great prospects within the company, in which the selected person will progressively take on a higher level of responsibility within the Human Resources department.

What you'll do

The position will carry significant weight in the labour area, so the selected person must have real experience and autonomy in tasks such as:
Management of employment contracts, extensions, contractual modifications and terminations.
Management of worker registrations, deregistrations and variations.
Preparation, review and management of payrolls.
Management of payroll incidents, variables, supplements, absences and temporary disability situations.
Control of holidays, leave, working hours and absences.
Application and interpretation of collective bargaining agreements.
Handling and practical application of current labour regulations and legislation.
Management of workers' labour and administrative documentation.
Preparation and follow-up of certificates, communications and documentation related to the employment relationship.
Resolving workers' labour queries and providing support to internal managers.
Coordination with consultancy firms, management offices, official bodies or other external contacts when necessary.
Follow-up of processes related to Social Security and personnel administration.
Maintenance and updating of employee files and databases.

In addition, they will participate in tasks related to personnel selection, including publishing job offers, CV screening, interviews and monitoring of applications.
