At Randstad we are selecting an appointment setter for a renowned business consulting company, awarded for its excellent work environment.

If you have experience in appointment setting, telephone sales..., a commercial attitude and a desire to grow, this opportunity may be for you.

What you'll do

You will be part of the internal sales team and your main responsibilities will be:

Make calls to portfolio clients to schedule visits with the salesperson

Detect new needs and advise with personalized solutions.

Loyalize clients with a value and closeness approach.

Perform administrative tasks related to commercial management (updating data, documentation, follow-up).

Use digital management tools to record each action accurately.

How you'll work

Type of contract: Temporary + possibility of becoming permanent

Fixed schedule

Monday to Thursday from 09:00 to 18:00 (30 min. for lunch)
Friday from 09:00 to 15:00.
