To successfully perform this role of teleoperator, we are looking for a profile with a clear vocation for service, capacity for teamwork, and careful communication. It is necessary to meet the following selection criteria:
Fluent and native command of Catalan and Spanish, both spoken and written.
Accredited previous experience within the energy sector.
Proven excellence in telephone customer service and interaction.
Skill, fluency, and ease in the use of IT tools and office software.
Capacity to agilely manage a high daily volume of calls with an empathetic attitude oriented toward total customer satisfaction.
Initial full-time employment contract of 40 hours per week (initial period of 3 months through a temporary employment agency with real possibility of subsequent transition to the company's direct staff).
Structured working hours from Monday to Thursday from 09:00 h to 18:30 h, and on Fridays an intensive workday from 09:00 h to 15:00 h
