From the office GRUPO RAS VALENCIA we select ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT for a company in the logistics sector located in Ribarroja de Turia. 

What you'll do

👌 YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Control of delivered delivery notes and completed pickups.
- Requesting missing documents from carriers and recipients.
- Monitoring drivers during deliveries and pickups.                                                          - Tracking and managing delivery incidents.                                                                - Validating costs submitted by carriers.                                                           - Managing and preparing routes.

What you'll get

- Monthly contracts extendable up to 3 months, followed by permanent employment with the company.
- SCHEDULE: Monday to Friday 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM and 3:30 PM to 7:30 PM.
