Administrative training or training related to quality, or previous experience in administrative tasks.
Knowledge of office automation and Excel management.
Ability to review documentation, detect errors, and keep information up to date.

Nice to have

Previous experience in industrial or food environments will be valued, although it is not essential.

The role

From the RAS INTERIM BLANES office, we are selecting a QUALITY ASSISTANT for a company in the FOOD sector, located in MALGRAT DE MAR.

What you'll do

Review and control production process records, verifying that they are correctly completed and updated.
Check that production personnel correctly complete the established quality records and documentation.
Perform the monitoring and review of production process documentation, guaranteeing its correct management and traceability.
Prepare and update product technical data sheets using Excel.
Prepare and update product labels.
Provide administrative support to the quality department in the control and monitoring of production processes.
Collaborate in compliance with quality and food safety procedures.

🤝 WHAT CAN WE OFFER YOU?

Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 8:00 to 16:00 h. During peak season, summer, and Easter, the schedule may vary according to production needs.
Training: initial training in quality and food safety procedures provided by the company.
Stability: temporary contract through an ETT to cover a long-term leave, with an estimated duration of 12 months and the possibility of subsequent incorporation into the company.
Salary: according to the collective agreement and experience.
