To achieve this, we need to hire a Microsoft Infrastructure and Compliance Administrator.

This role will ensure the resilient, secure, and efficient operation of critical Microsoft infrastructure, aligning technology strategy with business objectives and ensuring compliance with the highest information security standards, including TISAX.

Responsibilities include:

- Optimizing the architecture of hybrid identity services (Active Directory / Azure Entra ID), always following the principles of Zero Trust and least privilege.
Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) -

- Administering and managing the various server virtualization architectures: Hyper-V, VMware, Nutanix, Azure.

- Acting as the main technical point of contact for TISAX audits and other compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, GDPR).

- Interpreting the requirements of TISAX evaluation catalogs (especially those rated "High") and translating them into implementable technical configurations and controls within the Microsoft ecosystem.

- Developing and maintaining documentation for policies, procedures, and technical evidence required for compliance (e.g., access policies, server hardening, recovery plans).

- Collaborating closely with the Information Security and Risk department.

- Driving the automation of operational tasks, deployments, and security remediations to increase efficiency and reduce errors.

- Developing, maintaining, and versioning scripts and modules using PowerShell and Python for the administration of the entire platform.

- Implementing and managing advanced security solutions for production environments.

- Performing system hardening following CIS benchmarks and internal policies.

- Responding to incidents related to the server infrastructure.

- Managing the patch and update strategy for critical environments.

- Providing Level 2/Level 3 technical support.

Essential Technical Requirements and Experience (Must-Have):

Experience: +5 years in roles involving the administration and architecture of Microsoft infrastructures in complex, regulated enterprise environments.

Windows Server & Active Directory: Expert-level experience as an architect in Windows Server, Active Directory (design of forests, sites, trusts, complex GPOs), DNS, DHCP.

In-depth knowledge of troubleshooting at the architectural level.

Hybrid Identity: Knowledge of Azure Entra ID, AD FS, and designing modern authentication strategies (SSO, MFA, Conditional Access).

Scripting & Automation: Proficiency in PowerShell (including Azure, Active Directory, and Exchange Online modules). Experience with Python for automation. Knowledge of Git for version control.

Spoken and written English at B2/FCE level.
