🧪 Health and Safety Engineer (HSE)

📍 On-site – León

At RDT, we continue to grow in the industrial and pharmaceutical sector, and we are looking to bring on board a Health and Safety Engineer to work at a major company located in León.

What you'll do

🔎 What will you do?

You will be part of the HSE team, actively participating in safety management within a highly regulated environment:

  • Assessment of occupational, chemical, and biological risks

  • Implementation and monitoring of prevention plans

  • Supervision of safety conditions in the plant and laboratory

  • Ensuring regulatory compliance (PRL, ISO, GMP)

  • Investigation of incidents and proposal of improvements

  • Management of HSE documentation

  • Coordination of safety training sessions

  • Waste control and environmental aspects

What we're looking for

🎯 What are we looking for?

  • Degree in Engineering, Sciences, or similar

  • Experience in health and safety (HSE) in an industrial, pharma, or laboratory environment
