Electronic Development Engineer

At RDT, we are currently recruiting an Electronic Development Engineer for our Advanced Engineering team in Asturias.

• Programming and development of control systems.

• Translation of product functionalities into electronic technical specifications (hardware and firmware).

• Active participation in electronic and firmware design and development (microcontrollers and embedded systems), including coordination with the team and suppliers.

• Functional validation of hardware and software, definition and execution of tests, and monitoring of certification tests (Solar Standard, EMC).

• Design and configuration of communication networks (Zigbee, RS485) and power supply networks in DC and AC.

• Participation in innovation projects and new technologies.

• Approval of electronic components.

• Technical support for manufacturing.

• Management, control, and updating of technical documentation and manuals.

• Photovoltaic sector, reference in electrical/electronic project design.

• Power supply networks (DC and AC).

• Communication networks: Ethernet, Zigbee, BT BLE, wireless for IIoT, RS485, …

• Communication protocols: Modbus RTU, Modbus TCP, OPC UA, MQTT, DNP3, …

• Knowledge of operating systems: Windows and Linux (Ubuntu) (Server).

• Programming languages: C, C++, C#, Python.

• Creation and management of databases.

• Design of power and digital electronic circuits.

• Microcontroller programming.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Telecommunications, Electrical, or Electronic Engineering.

• Experience in electronics development and programming.

• Experience with PLCs and SCADA systems.

• Project management.

• English: B2 level or higher.

• Must demonstrate motivation and initiative. Teamwork is essential. Results-oriented with a focus on both internal and external customers.

Desde RDT nos encontramos seleccionando un/a Ingeniero/a de desarrollo electrónico para nuestro equipo de Ingeniería Avanzada en Asturias.

• Programación y desarrollo de sistemas de control.

• Traducción de funcionalidades del producto a especificaciones técnicas electrónicas (hardware y firmware).

• Participación activa en el diseño y desarrollo electrónico y de firmware (microcontroladores y sistemas embebidos), incluyendo coordinación con el equipo y proveedores.

• Validación funcional de Hardware y Software, definición y ejecución de pruebas, y seguimiento de ensayos de certificación (Norma Solar, EMC).

• Diseño y configuración de redes de comunicación (Zigbee, RS485) y redes de alimentación en CC y CA.

• Participación en proyectos de innovación y nuevas tecnologías.

• Homologación de componentes electrónicos.

• Soporte técnico a fabricación.

• Gestión, control y actualización de documentación técnica y manuales.

• Sector fotovoltaico, referente al diseño eléctrico/electrónico de proyectos.

• Redes de alimentación (CC y CA).

• Redes de comunicación: Ethernet, Zigbee, BT BLE, inalámbricas para IIoT, RS485, …

• Protocolos de comunicación: Modbus RTU, Modbus TCP, OPC UA, MQTT, DNP3, …

• Conocimientos en S.O. Windows y Linux (Ubuntu) (Server).

• Lenguajes de programación: C, C++, C#, Python.

• Creación y manejo de bases de datos.

• Diseño de circuitos electrónicos de potencia y digital.

• Programación de microcontroladores.

• Grado o Master en Ingeniería de Telecomunicaciones, Eléctrico o Electrónico.

• Experiencia en desarrollo de electrónica y programación.

• Experiencia con PLCs y Scadas.

• Gestión de Proyectos

• Inglés nivel B2 o superior.

• Debe aportar motivación e iniciativa. Imprescindible trabajo en equipo. Orientado a resultados y a cliente interno y externo.
