Product Manager - Renewable Energy

We are looking to bring on a Product Manager who will take responsibility for leading, planning, and overseeing the full product lifecycle within the renewable energy generation, management, and storage sector.

Your main role will be to ensure profitability, the proper execution of development and series production phases, and the integrity of product configuration in response to market changes and needs.

- Financial Planning and Control: Budget preparation and detailed planning for the entire product lifecycle.

- Configuration and Cost Management: Control of the eBOM structure, management of technical documentation, and tracking of product costs.

- Team and Resource Management: Identifying needs, tracking activities, and validating time reports for dedicated resources.

- Interdepartmental Coordination: Directing resources across development, certification, and series production phases.

- Product Governance: Leading change control committees and ensuring product control throughout its lifecycle.

- Support and Resolution: Managing incidents coming from Production, Sales, Projects, and After-Sales.

- Performance Reporting: Completing and tracking the product KPI dashboard.

To fit in well, we are looking for someone with:

· A degree or master's in Engineering or a related field.

· 2+ years of experience as a product manager.

· B2 level English.

· Project Management: PMP or similar certification, MS Project or similar tools, and timesheet management tools.

· Proficiency with 3DExperience, SAP, and SharePoint software.

We will value knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and product certification processes, as well as experience with Jira or similar applications.

Buscamos incorporar un/a Product Manager que quiera responsabilizarse del liderazgo, planificación y control integral del producto durante todo su ciclo de vida, dentro del sector de la generación, gestión y almacenamiento de energía renovable.

Tu función principal será garantizar la rentabilidad, la correcta ejecución de las fases de desarrollo y producción en serie, y la integridad de la configuración del producto frente a cambios y necesidades de mercado.

- Planificación y Control Financiero: Elaboración del presupuesto y planificación de detalle de toda la vida del producto.

- Gestión de Configuración y Costes: Control de la estructura eBOM, gestión de la documentación técnica y seguimiento del coste de producto.

- Gestión de Equipos y Recursos: Establecer necesidades, seguimiento de actividades y validación del reporte horario de los recursos dedicados.

- Coordinación Interdepartamental: Dirección de recursos en fases de desarrollo, certificación y producción serie.

- Gobierno del Producto: Liderar los comités de cambio y asegurar el control del producto durante su ciclo de vida.

- Soporte y Resolución: Gestión de incidencias provenientes de Producción, Comercial, Proyectos y Postventa.

- Reporte de Desempeño: Cumplimentación y seguimiento de la plantilla de KPIs del producto.

Para encajar bien en el proyecto, buscamos a alguien que cuente con:

· Graduado o Máster en Ingeniería o campo similar.

· Experiencia de 2 años o más como responsable de producto.

· Inglés B2.

· Gestión de Proyectos: Certificación PMP o similar, MS Project o similar, y herramientas de Timesheet.

· Manejo de software 3DExperience, SAP y Sharepoint.

Valoraremos conocimientos en Lean, Six Sigma y procesos de certificación de producto, así como el uso de Jira o aplicaciones similares.
