• Technical training, preferably in Engineering, Technical Engineering, Engineering Degree, Higher Level Vocational Training or similar.
• Previous experience as a Site Supervisor, Site Manager, Site Foreman, or similar position.
• Experience in industrial environments.
• Experience in coordinating internal teams and subcontracting companies.
• Ability to interpret drawings and technical documentation.
• Knowledge of work planning and monitoring.
• Knowledge of and commitment to Occupational Risk Prevention.
• Organizational skills, leadership, and incident resolution.
• Availability to travel within the Levante region depending on project needs.

We are looking for a professional with experience in supervision and execution of industrial projects, accustomed to working on-site, coordinating teams and subcontractors, and ensuring that works are carried out in accordance with established safety, quality, deadline, and cost standards.

This is a position with direct responsibility for monitoring works in the field and acting as an interlocutor with different teams and suppliers.

What will your mission be?

Supervise and coordinate the execution of assigned works and projects, ensuring the correct development of activities on-site and guaranteeing compliance with the objectives established regarding planning, quality, safety, and costs.

Main duties

• Supervise the execution of works on-site, ensuring compliance with the established schedule.
• Coordinate internal teams, contractors, and subcontractors involved in the projects.
• Perform daily monitoring of work progress and detect possible deviations.
• Coordinate the different activities and trades present on-site.
• Supervise that works are executed according to plans, technical specifications, and established procedures.
• Control safety, quality, and environmental standards during execution.
• Identify incidents and propose solutions to guarantee the continuity of the works.
• Maintain fluid communication with project, production, maintenance, and engineering managers, as well as collaborating companies.
• Monitor materials, auxiliary means, and resources necessary for execution.
• Participate in monitoring meetings and report on the status of the works.
• Control deadlines and collaborate in the planning of the different phases of the project.
• Supervise the correct completion of the works and collaborate in the corresponding commissioning and handovers.
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures and occupational risk prevention regulations.
