In our Substation Engineering division, we get involved in a wide variety of pioneering projects, working with the most innovative clients in the Petrochemical, Chemical, Energy, Pharmaceutical, Food, Construction, and Civil Works sectors.

We are currently looking for a Civil Supervisor with experience in supervising industrial civil works, coordinating contractors, and ensuring the correct execution of foundations, structures, urban development, drainage, auxiliary buildings, and other civil infrastructure for the project, to join one of our teams in Barcelona.

• Supervise the execution of civil works in the field.
• Coordinate and follow up with contractors and subcontractors.
• Verify compliance with quality and safety requirements.
• Monitor work progress and report incidents.
• Ensure the correct execution of foundations, structures, and other civil elements.
• Coordinate with the construction team and other project disciplines.

• Minimum of 7 years of experience supervising civil works projects.
• Solid knowledge of civil construction standards and regulations.
• Proven ability to lead work teams and manage resources.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Results-oriented and problem-solving mindset.
• Proficiency in project management tools.
• English level is a plus.
