What will you have to do?

The PRODUCT OWNER profile will work in the Private Client Area and within the Digital Assets department.

Some of the most specific functions of a PRODUCT OWNER PRIVATE CLIENT AREA:

Maintain and evolve the Private Area environments (Web/APP), resolving incidents and defining the task backlog to maximize product value, working closely with the development team (chats, automations, search engines, forms, etc.).

Define and execute plans to attract new users and increase usage frequency, optimizing visibility in the different app download markets.

Extract, analyze, and interpret the data generated in the private client areas (Microsites, Web, APP), in order to understand user behavior, measure the performance of digital actions, and propose improvements aligned with business objectives and customer experience.

Ensure the accessibility of product developments, ensuring compliance with current regulations and WCAG standards.

Manage and improve online reputation, monitoring and optimizing user ratings in the app download markets.

Ensure regulatory and security compliance in the private area, managing cookies, security policies, privacy notices, and applying the guidelines of the compliance, information security, and DPO departments.

Analyze user interaction with the private area, identifying friction points and improvement opportunities in the different flows and funnels (registration, password recovery, roadside assistance request, etc.), to optimize conversion and lead generation.

Ensure alignment between design, development, and business, building the information architecture, defining navigation patterns, conducting user research, and designing prototypes (low-fidelity and high-fidelity), ensuring that new components are integrated into the current design system.

Review and test new features and developments (QA), ensuring that the asset is secure, fast, and accessible from different devices and browsers, detecting and reporting errors, and validating compliance with standards and regulations.

Oversee the relationship with external vendors and manage the budget for the areas of intervention.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for professionals with a university degree and at least 3 years of experience in a Product Owner role or similar.

The most outstanding competencies for good performance in this position are communication skills through technology and business teams, as well as a customer-oriented approach for both internal and external clients, execution capacity, and self-development.

Having a Disability Certificate of 33% or higher will be valued.

An English level of B2 or higher will be valued, and Italian will also be taken into account.

¿Qué tendrás que hacer?

El perfil de PRODUCT OWNER trabajará en el área Privada de Clientes y dentro del departamento de Activos Digitales.

Algunas de las funciones más específicas de un/a PRODUCT OWNER AREA PRIVADA CLIENTE:

Mantener y evolucionar los entornos del área Privada (Web/APP), resolviendo incidencias y definiendo el backlog de tareas para maximizar el valor del producto, colaborando estrechamente con el equipo de desarrollo (chats, automatizaciones, buscadores, formularios, etc.).

Definir y ejecutar planes para captar nuevos usuarios y aumentar la frecuencia de uso, optimizando la visibilidad en los diferentes markets de descarga de aplicaciones.

Extraer, analizar e interpretar los datos generados en las áreas privadas de cliente (Microsites, Web, APP), con el fin de comprender el comportamiento de los usuarios, medir el rendimiento de las acciones digitales y proponer mejoras alineadas con los objetivos de negocio y la experiencia de cliente.

Garantizar la accesibilidad de las evoluciones del producto, asegurando el cumplimiento de la normativa vigente y los estándares WCAG.

Gestionar y mejorar la reputación online, monitorizando y optimizando las valoraciones de los usuarios en los markets de descarga de aplicaciones.

Asegurar el cumplimiento normativo y de seguridad en el área privada, gestionando cookies, políticas de seguridad, avisos de privacidad y aplicando las directrices de los departamentos de compliance, seguridad de la información y DPO.

Analizar la interacción de los usuarios con el área privada, identificando puntos de fricción y oportunidades de mejora en los distintos flujos y embudos (registro, recuperación de contraseña, solicitud de grúa, etc.), para optimizar la conversión y generación de leads.

Garantizar la alineación entre diseño, desarrollo y negocio, construyendo la arquitectura de la información, definiendo patrones de navegación, investigando con usuarios y diseñando prototipos (LowFI y HiFI), asegurando que los componentes nuevos se integran en el sistema de diseño actual.

Revisar y probar las nuevas funcionalidades y evoluciones (QA), asegurando que el activo es seguro, rápido y accesible desde diferentes dispositivos y navegadores, detectando y reportando errores, y validando el correcto cumplimiento de estándares y normativas.

Supervisar la relación con proveedores externos y gestionar el presupuesto de las áreas de intervención

¿A quién estamos buscando?

Buscamos profesionales con titulación universitaria y que, además, cuenten con una experiencia en un puesto de Product Owner o similar de al menos 3 años.

Las competencias más destacables para un buen desempeño del puesto son las de capacidad de comunicación a través de la tecnología y los equipos de negocio, así como las de orientación al cliente interno y externo, capacidad de ejecución y de autodesarrollo.

Se valorará estar en disposición del Certificado de Discapacidad igual o superior al 33%.

Nivel de inglés se valorará a partir de un nivel B2 y se tendrá en cuenta italiano.
