The role

As an Executive Branch Manager (m/f/d) at SIXT, you will lead your team, manage the fleet, and ensure excellent quality service at our Ibiza branch for the 2027 season. What you'll do

You will offer, together with your team, a premium service to customers, focusing on loyalty and meeting their needs
You will be responsible for budget management and the administration of your branch's P&L, as well as increasing revenue and profitability
You will guarantee a first-class customer service culture, optimizing procedures and coordinating the resolution of incidents
You will lead and develop your team members, supervising their sales performance and customer satisfaction. You will be in charge of selecting new employees in collaboration with our headquarters
You will coordinate vehicle fleet management and operational tasks, collaborating with other departments to ensure efficient workflows
