What we're looking for
We are looking for an enthusiastic team player with a passion for customer contact. You are a strong communicator and ready for an unforgettable adventure in Spain. Experience in a call center is a plus, but your positive energy and eagerness to learn truly make the difference!
- Excellent command of the Dutch language, both spoken and written
- Good basic knowledge of the English language for internal communication
- Customer-oriented, empathetic, and solution-oriented attitude
- Willingness to relocate to Valencia and work full-time
- Good computer skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly
- Experience in customer service, sales, or administration is a plus
