• Business Administration, Economics, or Engineering. STEM training (Telecommunications, Industrial, Electrical, Computer Science, or related disciplines) is also accepted.
• Between 3 and 4 years of experience in venture building, company creation, business development, or corporate venturing. Experience as an entrepreneur or intrapreneur will be valued.
• High level of English (C1).
• Knowledge of Corporate Venturing tools (spin-off, joint venture, licenses, royalties, and commercial agreements) and the management of Intellectual and Industrial Property.
• Knowledge and understanding of technology, with the ability to support the technological development of the product and incorporate both the internal and market visions.
• Technological skills: definition of MVP, roadmap, and backlog using agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and management tools (Jira, Notion, or similar); functional knowledge of software architectures (REST APIs, microservices, cloud); knowledge of technologies of interest to Redeia (AI and data analytics, cybersecurity, IoT, and Industry X.0); advanced Excel for business cases and KPI visualization (Power BI or similar).

As a New Ventures Portfolio Partner, you will be part of a team whose mission is to manage and lead those innovation support and technological development functions necessary to facilitate the achievement of strategic objectives and decision-making in this field.

1. Support the generation and deployment of New Ventures opportunities, identifying the market potential of the technological solutions developed in Elewit, adapting them to the Latin American market, where applicable.

2. Analyze business cases and opportunities, evaluating their viability, risks, and potential, supporting decision-making and its follow-up.

3. Drive the necessary actions to add value to initiatives through commercial agreements, licenses, royalties, JVs, or spin-offs, collaborating in the preparation of the associated business and contractual documentation.

4. Actively manage the portfolio of New Ventures initiatives, ensuring their correct evolution and strategic coherence, and identifying divestment cases.

5. Support the identification and management of partners, channels, and business areas necessary for the development, validation, and scaling of initiatives.

6. Support the technological development of the product, ensuring alignment between the internal vision and the market vision.

7. Support the management of Intellectual Property derived from innovation and New Ventures projects.

8. Manage the monitoring of follow-up KPIs and periodic reporting on the evolution of the portfolio.

9. Prepare and coordinate the business, development, and follow-up documentation necessary for the launch and evolution of New Ventures initiatives.

10. Coordinate the relationship with business areas to identify opportunities, validate initiatives, and favor their adoption, scaling, and value creation.

11. Represent Elewit in the governing bodies of the participated companies, ensuring strategic alignment, the defense of their interests, and the monitoring of their evolution.
