We are looking to hire an Executive Secretary to join the Management Control Department team at Redeia Corporación.
What you'll do
1. Perform administrative and support tasks for the management team's work, using established office and information tools, with the aim of providing optimal service and achieving the expected results in terms of quality and efficiency.
1.1. Perform various administrative tasks for the unit: typing, report preparation, telephone and visitor assistance, service management for the unit, purchasing, travel, etc.
1.2. Ensure the necessary material and logistical means for the effective development of the management team's work.
1.3. Maintain those databases of interest to the management team, taking responsibility for their permanent availability, updating, and confidentiality.
1.4. Perform document archiving tasks, taking responsibility for their perfect condition, reviewing, classifying, and interpreting all new information based on previously indicated criteria.
1.5. Manage the management team's agenda, organizing their meetings and business trips.
1.6. For those units of a territorial nature, perform decentralized support for the administrative function of the central services (travel, medical check-ups, sick leave and medical discharge reports, etc.).
