The role

We are looking to hire a Marketing Campaign Coordinator (Project Manager) to join our team. The role is technical and operational in nature, oriented towards managing and accompanying the progress of the marketing, internal communication, and product launch agenda.

The position demands a profile focused on project execution and management. It does not involve direct people management, focusing instead on maintaining control over the execution of activities by the rest of the team, agencies, and providers, ensuring compliance with deadlines and quality standards. Active participation is expected in the operational execution of campaigns and content creation based on the demands of the area.

What you'll do

  • Operational Coordination and Follow-up (30%): Monitor the daily progress of cross-functional tasks. Serve as a control link to align different profiles (design, content, performance), identify risks, and control execution.

  • Product Launches (20%): Manage the integral workflow for new launches, coordinating communication and key milestones between the involved areas.

  • Content Generation Execution and Support (10%): Participate operationally (hands-on) in campaign execution and in the creation and adaptation of content when the workload or project needs require it.
