What you'll do

In this role, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Defining the marketing strategy for Santander Insurance, aligned with the business growth and engagement objectives.

  • Leading the evolution of the value proposition and positioning of the insurance offering, based on customer insights, the competitive landscape, and market trends.

  • Identifying growth opportunities and turning them into actionable initiatives that drive product acquisition, contracting, and usage.

  • Driving activation and communication plans together with the Product, CRM, Digital, Brand, Analytics, and Commercial teams.

  • Establishing tracking metrics and evaluating the impact of initiatives to optimize results.

  • Acting as the marketing reference within the Insurance business, fostering a customer-centric, growth-oriented culture.

What we're looking for
