Requirements

What we're looking for

At least 2 years of experience
At least 1 year of experience leading technical projects and/or small teams (1-5 people), with responsibility for design, planning, and delivery
Demonstrable experience in AI / GenAI projects in production
Software development capabilities:
- Advanced knowledge and experience in the development of Python solutions for backend
- Experience in functional analysis and software solution design, as well as properly directing the activity of development teams
- Experience in database schema design (relational / NoSQL)
- Knowledge of Git, CI/CD, and Docker, as well as in the use of Cloud vendors (GCP, Azure, AWS)
AI capabilities:
- Hands-on experience in the development of solutions based on LLMs (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Google Gemini or others)
- Advanced prompt engineering
- Knowledge of GenAI frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph...)
- Knowledge of vector databases
